Ituri: reporter sans frontière demande une enquête rapide après la mort d’un journaliste et sa femme
L’organisation Reporters sans frontières (RSF) demande une enquête rapide et sérieuse pour identifier les responsables de ce nouvel assassinat de journaliste dans le pays. Le journaliste était continuellement menacé depuis plus de 2 ans pour son travail de sensibilisation contre Ebola, note RSF. L’organisation était en lien avec ce directeur de radio depuis l’assassinat de son confrère Papy Mumbere en novembre 2019, tué à l’arme blanche après avoir animé une émission sur la riposte contre Ébola.
Le journaliste Joël Mumbere Musavuli, directeur de la Radio Biakato, a été tué par des inconnus la nuit de vendredi à samedi 14 aout, selon ses collègues Biakato est une localité du territoire de Mambasa, en Ituri
